Experience:
- Previous internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or public administration is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with tax principles or financial management through academic coursework or related activities is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
