Responsibilities:
As a learner at Ford South Africa, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in both institutional and hands-on training aligned with the learnership qualification and company standards.
- Upholding business objectives by driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and timely delivery in the production process.
- Learning how to use specialized tools and equipment for various process functions.
- Adhering to workplace timelines and procedures for production.
- Assisting in identifying more efficient assembly processes and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this learnership program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate with a pass in English and Pure Mathematics (HG/SG). Note: Math Literacy, Additional Math, Functional Math, Commercial Math, or Applied Math are not accepted.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Applicants must be under 35 years of age.
Experience:
No prior experience is required. This learnership program is designed for individuals who are new to the workforce and are eager to learn in a practical environment.
